30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a purchase from Blitz & Blush — a Blush VIP membership or a Single-Game Digital Access — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No hard feelings.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through the app or reply to your order receipt email. Your request is handled by us, and the money is returned through our payment provider.
Cancelling Blush VIP
Cancelling and refunding are different things. You can cancel Blush VIP any time from the billing portal (VIP page → "Manage or cancel my membership"). When you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be billed again. If you also want your money back for the current period, request a refund within the 30-day window above.
What happens after a refund
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider — timing depends on your bank or card provider. After a refunded membership, paid features lock again at the end of the refunded period, but nothing you saved on the free tier (follows, hearts, squads) is taken away.
