Who you're dealing with

Blitz & Blush is operated by Jessica Rayburn ("the seller", "we", "us"). When you use this app or buy anything here, your agreement is with Jessica Rayburn. By continuing to use the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the app.

What the app is

Blitz & Blush is a fan-education and entertainment app that explains American football in relatable language, with live scores, team and player profiles, a fantasy squad builder, a paid "Blush VIP" membership and one-time "Single-Game Digital Access" unlocks. Scores, schedules and headlines come from public ESPN feeds. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or ESPN. Both paid options are access to online software features inside this app — they are not admission to a live event, and we do not sell, provide or ship tickets, merchandise, food, drinks, decorations or any other physical goods. Recipes, party plans and style guides are content only. Shopping links open outside stores — we don't sell or ship anything ourselves.

Payments, billing and taxes

Blitz & Blush is owned and operated by Jessica Rayburn, and Jessica Rayburn is the seller of everything offered in this app. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which collects payment details securely — we never see or store your full card number.

Blush VIP bills monthly and renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time and you keep VIP until the end of the month you already paid for. Single-Game Digital Access is a one-time purchase that does not renew. Depending on where you are, tax may be calculated, collected and remitted on our behalf by our payment provider.

Your account

You must be of legal age in your country (or have a guardian's permission) to create an account and make purchases. Keep your sign-in details confidential — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Play nice (acceptable use)

You must not misuse the app. That includes:

• Anything unlawful, fraudulent or spammy.
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property or rights.
• Interfering with the app's security — no malware, probing, scraping or automated abuse.
• Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the app or its content, or trying to get around paid features.
• Posting content you don't have the rights to share.

Our content and your content

We own the app and everything in it — the software, design, writing and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. Anything you post (like Game Day Fits or follows) stays yours; you give us a limited license to host and display it solely to run the app. If a rights holder complains about your content, we may take it down, and repeat infringement may end your access.

Service level

We work hard to keep things running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service — feeds go down, games get delayed, stuff happens. AI-generated explanations may occasionally be inaccurate; don't treat them as official league rulings.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, don't pay what you owe, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these rules. When access ends, your saved data may be deleted after a reasonable window.

Liability

The app is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law permits, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (like lost profits or lost data). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Everything else

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, and disputes will be heard in its courts. You can't transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer these terms in a merger or acquisition. We're excused from performing during events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app.
